Client: CINTAS
Direct Mail Campaign
CINTAS is a Cincinnati-based uniform and facilities services firm, well known in many workplaces both small and large. When they launched their Fire Protection Services arm, they needed to spread awareness about their new pillar that included checking fire alarms, fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems to make sure companies' systems were safe and operational.

I worked with Madison Design Group to execute three printed pieces for a CINTAS direct mail campaign that aimed to educate existing clients and potential new ones on their fire protection service line offering.
CINTAS wanted unique, leave-behind pieces that would spark conversations with sales reps to both new and existing customers.
Fire Alarm Pull-Down Mailer
The concept behind this piece was a z-folding, pull-down mailer that revealed content on the front and inside. The piece was created to pull down like a fire alarm, and included several special print techniques such as foil printing and thermography. I worked closely with print vendors from sketch to file production to ensure the final product was high-quality and memorable. Cintas printed and mailed 8,000 of these
Sprinkler System Die-Cut Mailer
The concept behind this piece was to showcase Cintas’ end-to-end service capabilities using illustrative depictions of environments from the ground up and back-of-house to front, revealing the intricacies of the sprinkler “web behind the walls”. Cintas can expertly service these systems and quickly respond when repairs are needed and time matters to reduce overall damage in an emergency. The final piece was a folding die-cut with three separate environmental illustrations I created. 12,000 of these 8”x10” mailers were sent out in a cellophane enclosure with a mailing page slid in the back.
Fire Extinguishers Notepad Mailer
This piece featured a fire extinguisher illustration die-cut notepad with various statistics on the inside related to CINTAS’ expertise. I created the illustrations and worked with the print vendors on quotes, logistics and print material decisions. Ultimately, CINTAS mailed 12,000 of these.
