Turnock Wedding | October 2017
It was a pleasure working with Rosie and Neil on their wedding invitations. When we first met, I was struck by how involved Neil was in the invitation process. With some other weddings I’ve worked on, the bride is the only one I ever meet or talk to. Watching these two interact was so sweet, and they play off each other’s strengths beautifully. Rosie was super laid back and trusting of my process. From the very beginning she gave me an idea and let me run with it. She loved everything I presented and told me that this was the easiest and least stressful part about planning her wedding, which I took as a great compliment!
Both of them come from big families, so this was a huge affair, with a whopping 31 tables at their reception. They were getting married in October, in Rosie's uncle’s beautiful barn in Ohio. They wanted soft watercolor florals and to incorporate navy from their wedding colors.
I worked with them to create an invitation suite, custom map, custom stamp for return addresses on their envelopes, programs, table numbers and a seating chart.
Here’s what they had to say:
"I can't imagine having anyone else do my invitations. Jordan translated everything I wanted into my design seamlessly and she made them something that I truly cherish and I love. I got so many compliments on them! They were perfect!" - Rosie
"Jordan was great from start to finish! She presented options and worked with us through the entire process. She was very responsive and took to heart what we wanted. We could not have pulled off our wedding day without her. We highly recommend her!" - Neil
